A multisport coach will help you in several keys areas. First and foremost they’ll be sure to keep you on the proper path toward attaining your athletic goals – too much training is as detrimental to race day as too little training.  An outside objective eye will always see things you won’t; no writer gets his or her work published before it passes the editor’s desk.

Secondly, you’ve got other things to do – you don’t have the time to it takes to seriously design, modify, and critique your training program; family, work, home upkeep – life – inevitably get in the way.

And without question, investing in a coach will undoubtedly help you to stick to the plan.

Perhaps the most important aspect in hiring a coach is the direction, motivation and leadership we’ll provide to make you fast!

 

What is the endurance Coaching program?

This program is designed for athletes; beginner to advanced who want to work with a coach and improved their performance.

Who is the Endurance Coaching Program for?

Athletes of all abilities can improve and fine-tune their training and race performances.

How do I get started?

The first step is commitment that you want to become a better athlete. The second step is to contact Coach Tim to arrange a half hour meeting to determine if this program is right for you. The third step is to set up your initial training session.
